This transformer adopts an axial triple cracking structure, and one product can provide rectification power for nine polycrystalline silicon reduction furnaces. It is the first new product in China with the largest single capacity, advanced structure, energy saving and environmental protection in the polycrystalline silicon industry. In response to the characteristics of the product, such as large capacity, high primary voltage, multiple secondary tap positions, and high magnetic leakage, the company has further innovated on the basis of existing mature technology and adopted special leakage and partial discharge control technology for the product, reducing stray and eddy current losses, reducing partial discharge, avoiding local overheating, improving insulation strength, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the product.
